Description
The Harbor Master oversees the assignment of mooring locations and the issuance of permits for all boats using Hingham waterways.
A valid permit is required to dock or park your boat in any marina, designated mooring area, or residential location. Boats without a permit are subject to a $50 per day fine.
Annual permits are available at a rate of $9 per foot of boat length. A seasonal permit for World’s End is $650.
Transient permits are offered for short-term stays:
$35 per boat at Inner Harbor and Langlee Island
$50 per boat at World’s End
Reservations for World’s End may only be made up to 30 days in advance.
Camping on Langlee Island is free but requires an advance reservation.
