At BYC, we warmly welcome both cruising clubs and individual sailors, offering easily accessible moorings and Club facilities for all. A rental at BYC includes complimentary launch service to our docks, grounds, and newly renovated Clubhouse, as well as to the Independence Park dock, providing convenient access to downtown Bristol’s restaurants, shops, and historic attractions. Visitors are invited to tie up dockside to take on water, purchase ice, and connect with our friendly staff for tips on all Bristol has to offer. Our launch and dinghy dock provide access to bathrooms and showers (open 24/7), playgrounds, gas BBQs, and picnic areas. Our Clubhouse, fully updated in 2019, features a relaxing bar, lounge, and porch overlooking the harbor—a perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail while socializing with friends. Alternatively, unwind dockside in an Adirondack chair, just steps from the outdoor bar and play area. A short “country” walk from our property brings you to the beauty of Colt State Park and the family-favorite Coggeshall Farm. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available nearby, offering ideal ways to enjoy Bristol Harbor or the East Bay Bike Path. For extended stays, we provide guidance to local supermarkets, hardware stores, laundries, sailmakers, and marine supply and repair services.
